Flossing

Flossing is the daily practice of cleaning between the teeth using a thin filament (string floss) or interdental device to remove plaque and food debris that a toothbrush cannot reach.

Flossing once a day reduces interproximal cavities and gum inflammation. For a wider routine, see our 15 best dental hygiene tips.
