  • Payment Information: Credit purchases are processed through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

2. Treatment Plan Data

We take the privacy of your clinical data seriously:

  • Plan Storage: Treatment plans you generate are stored securely in your account so you can access, edit, and manage them. Plans are associated with your user account and are not accessible to other users unless you explicitly share them via a share link.

  • No AI Training: Your dental treatment plans, patient information, and clinical data are never used to train, fine-tune, or improve our AI models. Your data remains yours.

  • Data Minimization: We only store the data necessary to provide the service. We do not retain intermediate AI processing data after a plan is generated.

  • Patient Information: We strongly recommend that you do not include personally identifiable patient information (such as full names, dates of birth, or identification numbers) in treatment plans. The tool is designed to work with clinical descriptions, not patient records.

  • Shared Plans: When you create a share link, the plan content is accessible to anyone with the link. You can deactivate share links at any time from your dashboard.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our website and services.

  • Process credit purchases and manage your account.

  • Respond to inquiries, comments, or support requests.

  • Send newsletters or product updates if you opt in.

  • Analyze usage trends to improve features and user experience.

  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse of our services.

  • Infrastructure: Your data is stored on secure, encrypted cloud infrastructure with industry-standard security measures.

  • Treatment Plans: Stored in your account until you delete them or close your account.

  • Account Deletion: Upon account deletion request, your personal data and treatment plans will be permanently removed within 30 days.
