Archiving Treatment Plans
Keep your Plans view tidy by archiving completed or inactive treatment plans
Why Archive a Plan?
Archiving is the cleanest way to declutter your dashboard without losing any work. Archived plans stay fully intact — content, shares, tags, and attachments are all preserved — but they no longer appear in your default Plans list.
How to Archive
- From a single plan — Open the plan, choose the status dropdown, and select Archived.
- In bulk — Select multiple plans on the dashboard and use the Archive button in the bulk toolbar. See Bulk Actions on Plans for details.
Where Archived Plans Live
The main Plans tab automatically hides anything marked Archived. To see them, open the status filter at the top of the list and choose Archived. The list will then show only archived items, with the same cards, tags, and actions you're used to.
Restoring an Archived Plan
- Filter the Plans tab by status Archived.
- Open the plan you want to restore.
- Change its status to Draft, In Progress, or Completed.
The plan will reappear in the default Plans view immediately.
Archive vs. Delete
If you no longer need a plan at all, deleting removes it permanently. Archiving is the safer choice when you might want to reference, duplicate, or reopen the plan later.
