Bulk Actions on Plans

Working with Multiple Plans at Once

When you have many treatment plans to organize, bulk actions let you update them together instead of opening each one individually.

Entering Selection Mode

On the Plans tab, hover over any plan card and a checkbox appears in the top-left corner. Click it (or any other plan's checkbox) to enter selection mode. A toolbar will slide in at the top of the list showing how many plans you have selected.

Available Bulk Actions

• Change Status — Move all selected plans to a different status: Draft, In Progress, Completed, Canceled, or Archived.
• Archive — Hide plans from the main Plans view without deleting them. Archived plans can still be found by filtering the status dropdown to "Archived".
• Delete — Permanently remove selected plans. This cannot be undone, so a confirmation dialog will appear.
• Clear Selection — Exit selection mode without applying any changes.

Selecting Everything

Use the Select all shortcut in the bulk toolbar to select every plan currently visible in the list. If you have a filter active (for example "In Progress" only), Select all selects just the filtered plans — handy for processing a status batch.

Tips

• Bulk actions respect the current filters and sort order.
• Selection clears automatically when you switch tabs or refresh.
• If you accidentally archive a plan, change the status filter to Archived, open the plan, and switch it back to its original status.
