How Credits Work
Credits are the in-app currency that powers every AI-driven action in the Treatment Plan Software. Anything that calls our AI models — generating a plan, enhancing existing content, or translating to another language — consumes credits from your balance. Free actions, including manual plans, client plans, and professional referrals, never touch your balance.

Free Credits for New Accounts
Every new account is provisioned with 6 free credits the moment registration completes. That's enough to generate three full AI treatment plans before you ever need to top up — plenty of room to try the platform end to end, including charting, AI Enhance, sharing, and PDF export.
Checking Your Balance
Your current credit balance is always visible in the dashboard header next to your profile avatar. For a detailed breakdown — including every charge, top-up, and refund — open Profile → Billing → Payment History. Each transaction is timestamped and linked to the plan or action that triggered it.
Low-Balance Reminders
We send an in-app banner and an email reminder when your balance drops below your configured threshold (10 credits by default). A second notification is sent the moment your credits run out, so you're never caught mid-workflow without a way to top up.
Lifetime Alternative
If you generate plans regularly, the Lifetime Plan removes all credit limits for a single one-time payment. See the dedicated article for details and purchase steps.
