Setting Up Clinic Branding

How to set up clinic branding with custom colors, fonts, and styling

Why Brand Your Plans?

Patient-facing treatment plans look more trustworthy and professional when they carry your clinic's identity. Branding settings let you upload a logo, choose accent colours, set contact details, and configure default footer text — all of which are applied automatically to every PDF export and shared plan view.

Where to Configure Branding

Branding lives at the clinic level, not the personal account level, so it's shared with every team member. Open Clinic Settings → Branding from the sidebar (you must be a clinic owner or admin to edit).

What You Can Customise

  • Logo — upload a PNG or SVG, ideally with a transparent background. The logo appears in the header of every PDF and shared plan.
  • Accent colour — used for headings, dividers, and call-to-action elements in branded exports.
  • Clinic name and tagline — shown beside the logo and used in patient greetings.
  • Contact block — address, phone, email, and website. Appears in the footer of every export.
  • Booking link — an optional URL that becomes a clickable "Book a follow-up" button on shared plans.
  • Default footer text — disclaimers, regulatory notices, or signature lines that should appear on every plan.

Previewing Your Branding

After saving, click Preview Export to see exactly how a sample plan will look with your branding applied. Adjust the logo size, colour, or footer until it reads the way you want.

Per-Plan Overrides

If you occasionally need to send a plan without branding (for example, an internal referral) you can disable branding for that single plan in the export dialog without affecting your defaults.

Multiple Locations

If your clinic operates from multiple locations, each clinic workspace maintains its own branding. Members who belong to several workspaces will see the correct branding applied automatically based on which clinic the plan was created under.

File Specifications

For best results, upload a logo at least 600 pixels wide. PNG with transparency is recommended; SVG is supported and renders crisply at any size. Maximum file size is 2 MB.
