How to Reset Your Password
Learn how to reset your password if you've forgotten it or want to change it for security.
Resetting a Forgotten Password
If you can't sign in because you've forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself in under a minute. The reset flow uses a secure email link, so you never need to share your old password with anyone — including our support team.
Step-by-Step
- Open the sign-in page.
- Click the Forgot password? link below the password field.
- Enter the email address associated with your account and click Send Reset Link.
- Check your inbox for an email from Dental Reviewed. The subject line is "Reset your password".
- Click the button in the email. It opens a secure page where you can choose a new password.
- Enter the new password twice and click Update Password. You'll be signed in automatically and redirected to the dashboard.
Choosing a Strong Password
For security, your new password must be at least 8 characters and should mix letters, numbers, and a symbol. We recommend using a password manager to generate and store a unique password for every service you use — it's far safer than reusing one you can remember.
Important Notes
- Reset links expire one hour after they are sent. If yours has expired, simply request a new one.
- If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. Add notify@dentalreviewed.com to your safe senders list to make sure future messages reach the inbox.
- If you signed up using Google, you don't have a password to reset — sign in with the Continue with Google button instead.
- Resetting your password signs you out of all other devices for security.
Still Locked Out?
If you've tried the reset flow and still can't get in — for example, you've lost access to the email inbox — contact our support team via the Help Center contact form. We'll verify your identity manually before making any account changes.
