Purchasing Credits
Step-by-step guide to purchasing credits with volume discounts
Buying More Credits
When your balance runs low you can top up at any time directly from the dashboard. Credits never expire, so any pack you purchase stays in your account until you use it.
Where to Buy
- Click Buy Credits in the dashboard header, or open Profile → Billing.
- The purchase dialog opens with the credit slider in Credits mode by default.
- Drag the slider to choose how many credits you want — between 1 and 500. Larger packs unlock automatic volume discounts.
- Review the price, then click Continue to Checkout.
- You'll be redirected to our secure Stripe checkout. After payment, credits are added to your balance instantly and you are returned to the dashboard.
Volume Discounts

| 500+ credits | 50% off (custom invoice) |
For volumes above 500 credits, contact us through the form in the credit dialog and we'll send a custom Stripe invoice with the bulk discount applied.
Payment Methods
Stripe accepts all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and most regional wallets. Receipts are emailed automatically and are also available under Profile → Billing → Payment History.
Considering Lifetime?
If you find yourself topping up frequently, the Lifetime Plan ($99 one-time) unlocks unlimited AI plans, enhancements, and translations forever. Switch the toggle in the purchase dialog from Credits to Lifetime to compare the two side by side before you decide.
Refunds
Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Reach out through the Help Center contact form with your transaction ID and our team will process the refund within two business days.
