Your Profile, in One Place
The Profile page is the control centre for everything tied to your account: personal details, professional credentials, language and notification preferences, billing, clinic memberships, and security. Open it any time by clicking your avatar in the dashboard header and choosing Profile.
Account Tab
Update your first and last name, email address, profile photo, and phone number. Your name appears on every plan you create as the responsible practitioner, so keep it current. The photo is shown in the dashboard header and inside shared plans when no clinic logo is configured.
Professional Details
Add your title (Dr., DDS, BDS, RDH, etc.), specialisation, and licence or registration number. These appear on the plans you generate and on patient-facing exports, and they help the AI tailor language to your scope of practice — for example, an orthodontist will see different default procedure suggestions than a general dentist.
Preferences Tab
- Dashboard language — the language used by the interface itself.
- Default plan language — the language new plans are created in (you can override this per plan).
- Notification preferences — toggle email alerts for low credits, plan shares, clinic invitations, and product updates.
- Date and time format — choose between local conventions and ISO format.
Billing Tab
Review your credit balance, Lifetime status, payment history, downloadable receipts, and saved payment methods. From here you can also top up credits or upgrade to the Lifetime Plan.
Security Tab
Change your password, enable two-factor authentication, view active sessions, and sign out of devices remotely. We recommend enabling 2FA for any account that handles patient data.
Saving Changes
Most edits save instantly when you click Save Changes at the bottom of the tab. Sensitive actions — changing email, changing password, or disabling 2FA — require you to re-enter your current password before they take effect.
