Changing Your Dashboard Language
Learn how to switch your dashboard interface to any of the 10 supported languages.
Choosing Your Dashboard Language
The Treatment Plan Software dashboard is fully translated into multiple languages, so you can work in the language you're most comfortable with — independently of the language used inside any individual treatment plan. Switching the dashboard language only affects the interface (menus, buttons, dialogs, dates, and validation messages); it never changes the language of plans you've already created.
Supported Languages
The dashboard currently supports English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Lithuanian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, and Turkish. We add new languages regularly based on demand from our community.
How to Change It
- Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
- Select Profile from the dropdown menu.
- Open the Preferences tab.
- Choose your preferred language from the Dashboard Language dropdown.
- Click Save Changes. The dashboard reloads instantly in the new language.
Plan Language vs. Dashboard Language
These two settings are deliberately separate. You might prefer to navigate the dashboard in your native language while still generating treatment plans in English for an international patient — or vice versa. The plan language is set per plan when you create it, and any plan can be translated into other supported languages later using the Translate action (see Translating Treatment Plans).
If a Translation Looks Off
Our translations are reviewed by native speakers, but if you spot a phrase that doesn't read naturally in your language we'd love to hear about it. Use the contact form in the Help Center and tell us the language, the screen, and the wording you saw. We push translation updates frequently and credit contributors who report issues.
Language for Invited Team Members
When you invite a colleague to your clinic workspace, their dashboard automatically loads in the language you used when you sent the invitation. They can change it at any time using the steps above, and their preference is saved per user — not per clinic.
